GCE microflow variants provide ultra-precise oxygen delivery for neonatal and pediatric care, emergency resuscitation, and other sensitive patients. Flow is adjusted via an easily accessible front-mounted control knob. For neonatal use, the flow setting is 0–1 LPM (0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.07, 0.08, 0.09, 0.1, 1). For pediatric use, the flow setting is 0–2 LPM (0–0.1–0.2–0.3–0.4–0.5–0.6–0.7–0.8–1–1.5–2).
The MediFlow Ultra II flow selectors feature a new self-centering mechanism that prevents manual misalignment and ensures continuous oxygen delivery to the patient even in the unlikely event of the flow control knob being placed in between two flow settings. Clear flow settings can be easily read from both lateral and frontal views. A 360° swiveling outlet enables optimal cannula or mask orientation, while a built-in regulator maintains consistent and precise flow regardless of the pressure fluctuations in the medical central gas system or cylinder.

MediFlow Ultra II flow selectors are offered in a range of flow options so care providers can tailor solutions for each patient. Options include: Microflow (0 – 1 LPM), Ultraflow (0 – 2 LPM), Low flow (0 – 6 LPM) and High flow (0 – 15 LPM and 0 – 25 LPM).
