Zug, Switzerland – GCE®, a global leader in gas control equipment, today opened its Customer Experience Centre in Faridabad, India, as part of a three-centre expansion across India, the United Kingdom and Italy in 2026.
The purpose-built centres give healthcare providers, hospital engineers, installers and distributors hands-on access to GCE’s medical gas technologies, technical expertise and application support.
Located at the headquarters of GCE brand Aktiv, the Faridabad centre follows the opening of GCE's Runcorn, U.K., centre in June. An additional centre at its Delta P facility in Italy is scheduled to open later this year. Together, the locations will provide customers with opportunities to explore solutions, discuss technical requirements and expand their knowledge of GCE’s medical gas portfolio.

Across the network, customers can explore medical gas systems from source equipment through patient delivery. Demonstrations include equipment for medical air, oxygen and vacuum systems; pipeline components; terminal units and gas outlets; valves and manifolds; AGSS systems; suction and oxygen therapy devices; portable oxygen concentrators; medical pendants; bedhead units; gas alarms and related accessories. The Runcorn centre also includes a dedicated area for Druva and Gasarc products within GCE’s Specialty Gas Control portfolio.
Medical gas systems, including pipelines, source equipment and patient-delivery devices for oxygen, medical air and vacuum, must meet country-specific standards, and correct specification, installation and maintenance that are essential to safe operation.
The Faridabad centre showcases GCE’s full source-to-patient portfolio in relation to HTM, ISO, NFPA and India’s CDSCO requirements. The Runcorn centre focuses on HTM-standard systems and training aligned with NHS requirements, while the Delta P centre will focus on ISO-standard systems, gas generation and live pressurised demonstrations. The Faridabad centre features solutions from GCE brands Ohio Medical, Therapy Equipment, Aktiv and Delta P, positioned to support the growing hospital infrastructure across India and the wider region.
