Established in 2012, ICHOM’s mission is to enhance value-based healthcare by identifying what matters most to patients and advocating for the global adoption and reporting of these measures. Through the implementation of ICHOM Sets, ICHOM identifies patient-centered outcomes, evaluates them, and recommends common measures. Our focus is on widely recognized, freely accessible measures that are applicable across various geographical and social contexts, ultimately striving to improve quality of life for all.
