The leading hi-tech fair, approved by China's State Council and established in 1999, has, after 26 years of effort, become an important gateway for China's high-tech sector to connect with the international community and a vital platform for the exchange and transaction of advanced technology achievements. It is known as "China's No. 1 Science and Technology Exhibition.
The 26th (2024) CHTF successfully pioneered the market-oriented transformation of a super-large-scale government exhibition, achieving fruitful results. The 27th(2025) CHTF will continue to adhere to the concept of professional, market-oriented and internationalized exhibitions, inviting world-renowned technology companies from more than 100 countries and regions to participate in the exhibition, fully displaying the development trend of world high-tech, releasing the latest high-tech achievements, and conducting high-tech achievement transactions, investments and negotiations on a global scale.
It is planned to set up 21 professional exhibition areas spanning China’s Leading Heavy Equipment, Top Tech Industrial Chains, International S&T Achievements, Provincial and Municipal S&T Achievements, Research Institutes, Universities and National Key Laboratories, Guangdong's S&T Achievements, Artificial Intelligence, Smart Manufacturing, Robotics Industry Chain, Semiconductors & Integrated Circuits, Asia Computing Power & Data Industry, Consumer Electronics, Low-Altitude Economy, Cross-Border E-Commerce, Biotechnology, High-End Medical Equipment, Energy Storage Battery Industries, Photovoltaic Energy Storage Charging & Charging Pile Industry, Smart Power Digital Energy, Water & Environment, C3 Smart Building, Municipal Engineering, Rail Transit, and Smart Ports.
The 9th International Bio-technology Conference & Expo (BTE 2025)
The 9th International Bio-technology Conference & Expo (BTE 2025), as one of the specialized exhibition zones of the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF), focuses on cutting-edge technologies and applications in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, cell therapy, in vitro diagnostics, genetic technology, and medical testing. Recognized as an annual flagship event for the biotechnology industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, BTE has grown in both scale and influence. The 2025 edition is expected to feature over 300 domestic and international brand exhibitors, attracting more than 400,000 professional visitors from the CHTF. Concurrently, multiple high-level forums will be held, aiming to create a world-class carrier and platform for scientific and technological innovation.
